Hello! My name is Lisa Tieden and I have been practicing massage therapy for over 6 years. I am board certified through the NCBTMB and a graduate of Northwest Technical college in Bemidji Minnesota. I am currently working out of the Health and Wellness Center in Bemidji. I specialize in therapeutic massage, deep tissue and raindrop therapy.
